What we offer

WorkBC provides personalized, no-cost services designed to help job seekers succeed, whether that means landing a first job, re-entering the workforce, or developing new skills for a different career.

Who we serve

WorkBC Centres support you in finding a job and keeping it. Services are available to all unemployed or precariously employed B.C. citizens legally eligible to work in B.C. We also offer targeted support for individuals facing unique challenges or life transitions. Our teams specialize in working with:

Here’s how to get started:

  1. Find your local centre
    Visit the WorkBC Centre Locator to find the location closest to you. Each site offers a unique mix of in-person, virtual, and phone-based support to fit your needs.

  2. Connect With Our Employment Services Team
    Reach out directly or walk in during service hours for support. Our front desk staff can assist you in the resource room with registration, and appointment booking, as well as resume and cover letter support. Depending on your needs and eligibility, you'll be connected with a variety of services from Personalized Employment Counselling, Customized Employment support, Wage Subsidy opportunities and more to help you succeed in your employment journey.
