WCG’s Employment Ontario Centres: Mississauga and Brampton

We work with job seekers to provide a range of employment supports including:

• One-to-one career planning
• Job search advice and training
• Personalized employment action plans
• Skills training and development focused on current local labour market opportunities
• Referrals to community supports and services
• Specialized services and supports for clients from a range of backgrounds, including those with complex needs
• Direct links to local employers through a range of employer services
• 12 months retention support once in work to ensure sustainable employment

We work with Employers to provide no cost to hire services including:

• Access to job ready candidates available to start work immediately
• Pre-employment screening and assessment
• Hiring advice, education, and training
• 12 months retention support including monitoring, problem solving and issue resolution
• Employer wage subsidies
• Workplace assessment and modifications
