We actively work to attract, develop, and retain employees from diverse and equity-deserving backgrounds who have exceptional ability and the desire to make a difference. We continuously strive to support individual needs and differences in a work environment that is built on inclusivity and respect for everyone.

The 50-30 Challenge

WCG is committed to the 50-30 Challenge

Created by the Government of Canada, businesses and diversity organizations, the 50-30 Challenge aims to improve access for diverse groups to positions of influence and leadership on boards and in senior management.

Through the 50-30 Challenge, WCG is committing to achieve at least 50 per cent gender diversity and 30 per cent underrepresented groups in Canada, which include racialized persons, those who identify as LGBTQ2 and people living with disabilities, to our board and senior management levels.
